Absolutely. Simply change your address in the checkout page and your postage will be automatically calculated depending on where in the world you reside / wish your item(s) to be shipped.
If your order has not yet been dispatched please get in touch with us via hello@heartsandco.co.uk or by calling us on +44(0)1424 539331 and we'll be able to cancel the order for you. If your item(s) have already been dispatched then you would need to return the contents of your order and we will issue a refund according to our returns policy, details of which can be found here.
Our shipping confirmations are issued automatically via email (or by SMS if selected). If you have not received this within 48 hours please get in touch with us via email on hello@heartsandco.co.uk or by calling us on +44(0)1424 539331 and we can check the email address we have on file and re-issue the confirmation email. Prior to doing this please check your Spam or Junk folders as sometimes our emails can get lost there.
We try to maintain stocks at all times, if however an item is showing as unavailable we are not able to confirm when stocks are going to be replenished. Please keep an eye on our website for new availability or follow our social channels.
